Leaving Messes at Mom and Dad’s hosue

Last night, I ate a banana as a midnight snack. I put it on my dad’s favorite chair. Of course, me being me, I left it there.

Now, at home, I never eat in my bedroom and only at a desk.

I tend to be a big slob at my parents because I have been conditioned to be that way. I pick up on my surroundings when I am around others. Then, I put garlic bread on my parent’s couch.

But the embarrassment I felt this morning was not good. I am thoroughly embarrassed about what I did to my dad. It needs to be corrected.

I am 45 years old. Why should other people put up with me being a slob? It is not fair that people have to endure my messes
