North Carolina County Commissioner Call Gays To Be Sexual Predators

I have seen a lot of stuff from the right-wing, but this people like this county commissioner get me angry. According to WCNC, County Commissioner called gays to be “sexual predators”.

For an elected officials, such statements are an utter disgrace. If his remarks are based on the bible, the Bible calls gay sex as a sin, but it is a long laundry of sexual sins such as fornication, adultery, and whole host of other thing. The point of calling homosexuality is point the person to Christ and not is designed to be invoke hatred towards other people.

This bigotory is unacceptable for a public official and person should be recalled by the voters for making remarks like this. He should resign in disgrace and being to start to work a spiritual program that focuses on learning tolerance and love. He has much hate within the soul and he needs to drain his resentment into finding spiritual solution. If Jesus was the Christ, he came to save people’s soul and not to invoke hatred.

I know two gay people and I am proud to call them my friends. They love each other as much as any hetrosexual couple and they are the nicest and most tolerant people. I also know several conservative Christians and none of them are like this man.

Unfortunely, our society is still has people like this. People have the right to make these remarks in private, but to do so in an  elected position is unacceptable. If I lived in this guy’s county, he would be targeted for recall and told to resign immediately. It is sad day in America that this stuff still goes on.
