Rachel Maddow Gives The Smackdown to Anti-Gay Activist
Last night, Rachel Maddow put the smackdown on a guy from the Ex-Gay movment He claimed that he could make her straight. Really, like being is really a choice. In my opinion, I do not think so.
The guy that she debated is cited as an influence in Uganda as a leading authority that gay people can become straight again and that being is a moral choice. In the law, it calls for the death penalty if a person is a gay and that has AIDS.
Why does the church waste its time on trying obess on gays? My reading of the bible is that homosexuality is the same as having sex outside of marriage. Yet, the church does not place a huge emphasis on that issue as the gay issue.
I consider myself as an agnostic who leans more towards theism than atheism. Since I do not believe in Christianity, I do not consider that being gay violates the laws of common morality in America and this guy full of crap to try to force his views on people that are gay.
I have no problem with a person that truly wants to follow Christianity and wishes to change gay to straight as amatter of conscious.. What I do not like is when these people try to force their religious views on people who are gay and who do not wish to convert.
These people should focus their ministry on people who (i) have decided to be conservative Christians, (ii) have made conscious decision to become straight, and (iii) have difficulty in overcoming feelings of homosexuality. Otherwise, these people need to be ignored and marginalized.

Is Ron Artest On The Wagon

Only problem drinkers or true blue alcoholics do stuff like that. I hope that Mr. Artest cuts back on drinking or betteing yet, he should abstain from drinking.
I do not the Lakers to lose a game because one of the stars decides to get drunk at half time. To me, if he did that means that his life to
be unmanageable and he has earned a free seat for life in the rooms telling me his story.

Crash
On the way to an AA meeting, my friend and I saw a car spin out and hit cars. Apparently, we theorized that a woman try to grab the steering wheel and grab it from her boyfriend. Due to the subject action, the driver (the boyfriend) lost control of the car. The car started to spun out and hit two to three cars. It looked like there was some serious damage to the car.
We drove way and reported the accident to the CHP. We were really shoken by the accident and by the time that we got our bearings again, it was too late to anything.
That was my first time seeing somebody crash on the first.

Man Accused of Masturbating In Manure
The UPI reports that a man in England broke into a bar and masturbated in the manure. He kept breaking into the farm despire having a restrained order. He got a nice 20 week trip to jail for this incident.
If I were the judge, I would sentence him to 40 weeks in jail instead, I suspend 30 weeks of the sentences for a period of a year. The purpose is to get the guy into a mental health treatment and have the guy starting working on intensive psychothearpy while doubling the sentence as a stick to ensure the man stays in treatment.
The offender would have a date in court every two months to show supporting documentation that he is proceeding with treatment.
