Please Vote Yes on Prop Five

Don’t listen to the lock’em lobby. This bill is a win-win for California because it is major penal overhaul bill. The lock-em up lobby needs to learn that its policies has contributed to the massive budget deficit in California and it has made the prison overcrowded and unbearable for the guards and the inmates.
