A case of human sacrifice in India.
The HTC Incredible just came out and it got a very high rating from PC Magazine. Looks like that it is going to be my next phone. It is even got a 8.0 MP camera and I need a new camera for sure.
Amazing, this duet amazed me. She has such a elegant voice and so beautiful. They sure did tear down the house at Coachella.
DALLAS — A judge sentenced a member of the Scarecrow Bandits to 29 life sentences on Thursday for his role in multiple bank robberies in North Texas.
Charles Runnels, 43, had previously been convicted for manslaughter in Arkansas and for aggravated burglary in Ohio. Those convictions, coupled with a federal sentencing enhancement statute, enabled the judge to require the lengthy sentence, a news release from the U.S. attorney’s office said.
Runnels’ life sentences must be served consecutively, without parole. Runnels is the next-to-last Scarecrow Bandit to be sentenced. A sentencing date has not been set for Tony R. Hewitt, 43, who, along with co-defendants Corey Deyon Duffey and Calvin Brown, 29, were the groups’ leaders.
The defendants were known as the Scarecrow Bandits by the FBI because they wore loose, sometimes plaid, shirts and floppy hats during the first several of the 21 robberies they are believed to have committed, which included the March 16, 2008, robbery of the Bank of America in Fort Worth in the 4700 block of South Hulen Street.
This person did not rape or murder anybody. All he did was stole and he still got 29 life sentences. But this guy was a habitual felon with prior crimes of violence and therefore, got what he deserved.
The one thing that I dislike is when you put a lot of hard work into something and somehow mysteriously, the file did not save. I swear that I had to put a days worth of work into this file at work and yet, I got nothing to show for the work. I guess that I am going to back and do it.
Ughh! So frustrating!
This guy is shakening his head in county jail and probably is waiting to end the hell that drinking has cause his life. From the Associated Press
SPRINGFIELD, Vt. — Police said a Massachusetts man headed to a Vermont prison to serve a two-day sentence for driving under the influence was intoxicated when he drove himself to prison.
Vermont State Police say that staff at the Southern State Correctional Facility in Springfield noticed that a 42-year-old man was intoxicated when he arrived late Tuesday afternoon and that he had driven himself there.
So prison staff called police.
Police said the man was then processed for DUI second offense and released back into the custody of the Department of Corrections.
The man was due to appear in court later this month on the latest charge
I think it is time to declare you life to be unmanageable and surrender your life to a power greater than yourself. This guy clearly has no solution for life and I think is the moment to clean.
If this man gets many years of soberity from doing this action, I applaud him. It would a boring speaker meeting into a speaker meeting that I would never forget.
My mouth is sore after being in the dentist chair for two and half hours. It was not a fun ordeal and paradise was being outside of the chair. The drill kept drilling and my mouth took the drill like a solider faces war. It bravely made it through the ordeal with my teeth going to look pristine.
